Discounted onsite service benefits activate after:
90 consecutive days of active membership. Membership must remain active, current, and in good standing.

Early Cancellation Clause:
If a member uses discounted onsite service benefits AND cancels within 12 months, the difference between discounted member pricing and standard pricing becomes immediately due.

My original solar installer is out of business. Can you still monitor my system?
Yes — this is exactly what we specialize in. We work with orphaned solar systems and can often re-establish monitoring access even when the original account has gone dark. Some systems require additional steps and we'll walk you through what's needed.
What inverter brands do you support?
We primarily support Enphase and Tesla systems, which cover the majority of residential solar in Missouri and Illinois. We also work with SolarEdge and other brands — if you're unsure, just note it in the signup form and we'll confirm before your agreement is sent.
Does someone have to come to my house to get started?
For most systems, no. We can establish remote monitoring access without a site visit. If your system requires on-site reconnection, we'll let you know. The Full Coverage plan includes one annual diagnostic visit.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing gives you maximum flexibility. Annual billing saves you $20 per year on Essential ($100/yr vs $119.88) and $25 per year on Full Coverage ($190/yr vs $215.88). You choose when you sign your service agreement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days written notice. Annual plans can also be canceled — see the service agreement for refund terms on annual pre-payments.
Do you guarantee my system will produce a certain amount of energy?
No — and anyone who does is overselling. Monitoring is not a performance guarantee. We watch your system and alert you to issues. We'll always give you a straight, honest assessment of what we find.
My solar company went out of business. What do I do?
