5. Hearth Financing Disclosure
If you apply for financing through ECOcentrix, your information will be shared with Hearth (Shogun Enterprises Inc., NMLS ID# 1628533) and its network of lending partners. Hearth is a technology company licensed as a credit broker as required by state law. Hearth does not accept applications for credit, does not make loans, and does not make credit decisions. Loan terms, APRs, and amounts are provided by Hearth's lending partners and are subject to credit approval. By submitting a financing application, you authorize ECOcentrix and Hearth to share your information with participating lenders for the purpose of evaluating your financing request.
6. Payment Card Data & PCI DSS Compliance
ECOcentrix is committed to maintaining the security of payment card data. We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). All credit and debit card transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. ECOcentrix does not store, process, or transmit full cardholder data on our own systems. Our self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ-A) has been completed and is on file.
7. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Notice
To the extent that ECOcentrix facilitates financial services through Hearth and its lending partners, we are committed to complying with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We limit the sharing of your nonpublic personal financial information as described in this policy and do not share such information with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
