Truck Roll / Diagnostic Visit: $149
Includes dispatch + first hour labor
Additional labor: $90/hour
Parts/materials billed separately

Essential Monitor: Additional truck rolls $350/visit, additional labor $110/hr. Full Coverage members: $149/truck roll (includes first hour), $90/hr additional labor. Parts billed separately on all plans. 3% fee on credit card — ACH has no fee. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice.

Membership Protection Policy

Discounted onsite service benefits activate after:
90 consecutive days of active membership. Membership must remain active, current, and in good standing.

Early Cancellation Clause:
If a member uses discounted onsite service benefits AND cancels within 12 months of activation, the difference between the discounted member pricing and ECOcentrix standard pricing becomes immediately due and payable.

My original solar installer is out of business. Can you still monitor my system?

Yes — this is exactly what we specialize in. We work with orphaned solar systems and can often re-establish monitoring access even when the original account has gone dark. Some systems require additional steps, and we’ll walk you through what’s needed.

What inverter brands do you support?

We primarily support Enphase and Tesla systems, which cover the majority of residential solar in Missouri and Illinois. We also work with SolarEdge and other brands — if you’re unsure, just note it in the sign-up form and we’ll confirm before your agreement is sent.

Does someone have to come to my house to get started?

For most systems, no. We can establish remote monitoring access without a site visit. If your system requires on-site reconnection, we’ll let you know. The Full Coverage plan includes one annual diagnostic visit.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly billing gives you maximum flexibility. Annual billing saves you $20 per year — $100/yr for Essential (vs $119.88) and $160/yr for Full Coverage (vs $179.88). You choose when you sign your service agreement.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days written notice. Annual plans can also be canceled — see the service agreement for refund terms on annual pre-payments.

Do you guarantee my system will produce a certain amount of energy?

No — and anyone who does is overselling. Monitoring is not a performance guarantee. We watch your system and alert you to issues. We’ll always give you a straight, honest assessment of what we find.
